Karim was super responsive from the get go and kindly answered all my questions about pricing, options for delivery and assembly, and if it would fit in my car. Went to their Richmond location to check out the bed before purchasing and was super happy with how great all their products looked! The lift system for the storage beds was really smooth. Karim was also SO friendly and again, great at answering all my questions. He might be one of the friendliest people I've ever met! I ended up selecting their delivery and assembly service and super glad I did. It was easy peasy for me—Karim took care of everything and even helped me move my mattress onto the bed at the end too. Would definitely recommend Velets and Karim!
